By creating an account or using ShiftPipe in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are using ShiftPipe on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
ShiftPipe provides a cloud-based integration and automation platform that allows users to connect third-party services, build data pipelines, and automate workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@shiftpipe.net of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use ShiftPipe to:
ShiftPipe connects to third-party services on your behalf. By enabling an integration, you authorize ShiftPipe to access those services using credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those services and comply with their respective terms of use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided only at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
ShiftPipe and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShiftPipe Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you transmit through the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ShiftPipe, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftPipe Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShiftPipe Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
